Spent four days at the hotel during the holidays. Check in was smooth (got in early), self parking was a breeze in the adjacent garage, and the room was really clean. The woman who checked us in, whose name I didn't catch, was professional, friendly, and efficient.

Do not park your car!

Never had a worst stay. We did a park and stay package for going on a cruise. We got back from our cruise at 7am and they had our van towed. No help from them to get it out. We are out almost $300, my kids missed a day of school, my husband missed a day of work. They are refusing to talk to us, Marriott is not helping out. Worst service I have had in 25 years of staying with Marriott.

Service is non-existent

Service is non-existent. Shower is horrible. Restaurant on site seldom staffed. Will not return. I’ve stayed here many times foolishly expecting it to get better as the staff turns over. Nope. I think the management is very weak and they have trouble hiring and retaining good people. Enough is enough.

We had 2 cars because we were traveling. Despite numerous open parking spots they refused to give us 2 passes and tried to charge us $50 for one night of parking. Outrageous.

Best Hotel Near Cruise Port!

Hotel staff are friendly and very accommodating! The hotel is within walking distance of a number of shops and restaurants nearby. I love that the Harris Teeter with Starbucks inside is literally right next door. We booked this hotel because it’s the closest one to the Maryland Cruise Port! The staff are very helpful to cruisers and even offer transportation to your ship if needed.
