Great hotel

I stayed in December to attend my daughter’s soccer tournament and the hotel was so ready to welcome the teams and families. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast and omelette was delicious , the breakfast staff in the morning those young gentleman worked on Dec 7 and 8 were so friendly and helpful, the front desk manager worked in the morning of Dec 7 - I don’t remember her name but she was so nice and gave me recommendations on where to go to explore St. louis. housekeeping team did a great job. I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is dated but that’s not a dealbreaker for us as long as it is clean and functional. The tub did not drain properly, there were stains in the ceiling. We had a king suite with sofa bed which we had to call down to get linen for. We asked for linen at 6:03 and didn’t get it until 8:50pm. The room wasn’t at all big enough for the sofa bed because when it was extended there was no walking room at all. Plus the mattress on the sofa bed looked to be from 1990 and squeaked with EVERY move. We also found a children’s book bidding under the mattress of the sofa bed… I would NOT recommend.

Description of amenities states the location has an EV charger. It does Not. This is a major reason I choose hotels anymore. The location was good. Plenty of other great amenities from Gym, Pool, courts, bars, and food.

Great customer service at this hotel!

I stayed at this hotel for a family wedding. The hotel rooms are in desperate need of upgrading. The rooms are nice but very old and the lighting was very dark. The cable on their TV's also needs to be upgraded. Some of the towels are so old that I wasn't able to use some of them. The staff was absolutely terrific! As a diamond member I was very well taken care of by CHARNISE! Her customer service was outstanding and she made sure my stay was pleasant. I had a few challenges and she took care of everything for me. If it wasn't for her care and concern, my stay would've been very unpleasant. Also, Cindy at the front desk was helpful when I called about my reservation. The restaurants and bar in the hotel were pretty good.

The hotel lobby was nice and the indoor pool was great to have. Our room just could not get warm enough. We had it set at like 74 and all of us woke up freezing multiple times. Hotel seemed like they had one person who was doing the front desk, Starbucks area and handling a lot of things at once. For what we paid, wish we had a free breakfast. Not sure we would stay here again with the amount of hotels in the Chesterfield area.
