We we're coming off a bad reservation elsewhere and when greeted by the JW Marriott team member Vicki, we felt amazing! She was so caring and accomdating! The hotel itself if beautiful and the rooms are decadant! We ended up eating in the lounge and I must say that was some of the best food i've had! The hot tub was great and overall we had a great stay! Parking was a lot but hey it's Chicago....

The staff were kind, helpful, and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The property has a great executive lounge as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Katie provides over-the-top customer service

Katie Royce made my experience at this hotel exceptional. I was at this hotel during a large convention in 2024. After attending convention events all day and well into the evening, I wanted to get something to eat one evening at the bar/grill located in the lobby of this hotel. I took a seat in the lobby area where the bar/grill wait staff were still going to tables to take orders. A waiter came to me, put water on my table and told me that they would return to take my order. I waited for at least 30 -40 minutes before another waiter came to tell me that the kitchen closed 15 minutes earlier. What? I asked to speak to a manager. That is when Katie (the manager) arrived at my table. Katie did everything to make the situation right. She made sure I received my food order--which she gave me complementary. She also gave me a J.W. Marriott swag bag and complimentary beverage. She then told me to ask for her personally the next evening after the conference events so that she could make sure that I received my food order. As promised, she was there the next evening, and she served me herself.
Katie's commitment to customer satisfaction made my experience at this hotel one I will remember with good memories. She is a gem of this hotel.

nice

very nice, good service. $25 resort fee covers meals/drinks at the bar. check out the tea (comes w macaroons)! comfortable bed, room. no concerns. convenient location. close to old post office. snacks w drinks in the bar area. nice place :-)
