Shout out to Jeremy and Mahogany

We want to give a special shout to Jeremy and Mahogany who assisted us with check-in. They went out of their way to be helpful and made the start of our stay pleasant and welcoming. They helped with the car and luggage, let us know of the available amenities, arranged for an excellent room, and offered to provide any additional assistance that we might need,

Location is great. Service and rooms are not.

Location is great. Service is terrible. Definitely not ideal for families. Rooms are tiny and poorly laid out with zero storage for you to unpack. Pool has very limited seating and also poor service. They also send their laundry out with a third party and lost our daughters doll when they did so. She’s older but has had it for 13 years so pretty sentimental. I tried to explain this to the staff but no one seemed to care and I have not heard back from anyone.

Perfect Stay

Our second visit to The Ray, a 2-night weekend and we were spoiled with great service once again. Peter is outstanding, helps with valet and transportation, even prepared a beach bag with towels, waters, and a pass for beach chairs and umbrella on Delray Beach. Check-in with was a breeze with Tiffany, she was even able to find us a room that was available before the normal check-in time. On our last night we decided to have cocktails before dining off property, and were lucky to have met William Armstrong (Rosewater GM) on the elevator ride to the rooftop. He took amazing care of us at Rosewater, and his staff was outstanding, it was a true highlight of our trip. William is the man! thank you

Peter is the best

Peter and the valet staff were the highlight of our stay. Thank you Peter!
Loved the hotel and the rooftop was so nice! See you again soon - go to campis if you are staying at the hotel - food was delicious. Also loved sloanes and j&j seafood delish

Really nice hotel

We had a wonderful time at The Ray.
It’s a beautiful hotel, well thought out.
Rooms are lovely, and there are many good restaurants around, as well as other kinds of shops, especially clothing.
The hotel restaurant, Akira Back was excellent.
The hotel offers a shuttle that takes you to the nearby beach and you are provided towels, water and a beach bag as well as two chairs and an umbrella—the whole process was very easy and I didn’t mind at all that the hotel was not on the beach because of that.
The management was very responsive. In particular I would like to thank Anna, who took great care of us and kindly switched us to a room with balcony, as requested and generally stayed on on top of everything.
Housekeeping did a great job and thanks to Phillip for settling us into the room.
The entire stay was a pleasure and I would love to visit again.
