Worst Hilton Property Experience Ever
At first glance, the room looked good. We discovered several issues with housekeeping. First, the table was disgusting! It took 4 Lysol wipes to clean it. Housekeeping was scheduled for every other day which we were fine with. I left a message of what we needed. The housekeeper filled half of the requested items. They also left their dirty, wet cleaning rag on the ironing board! Gross!!!We ended up going to the front desk to get the rest: coffee, hand towels, and toilet tissue.
The final straw was that my husband's shoes bags disappeared while we were there. When I reported it, the desk clerk was very nonchalant about it! There was zero concern, assurance of follow up or anything.
Do not stay here!! There are many other Hilton property options near by.

We truly regret to hear about your husband's shoe bags. If lost items are found in the hotel, our staff is dependable and well-trained in the proper procedures to follow. No soap!
