An excellent stay in an updated hotel.

The hotel is completely updated and looks amazing. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly. Parking garage next door easily accessible (and would be very welcome for winter stays!) My room was on the 8th floor (club access level) overlooking the Bay and across to Presque Isle State Park. Modern and spotless. Unfortunately, an adjoining room and the man next door was very loud. I called down and they swiftly moved me to another room on the 7th floor which was perfect. Snacks that evening at the ‘club’ were ok (egg rolls, pot stickers, charcuterie and veggies with dip). Breakfast was very good. Good coffee with an espresso machine. Hot entree available. I did not visit the bar or restaurant but they looked very nice and the menu was interesting. I would definitely return and recommend! Well done Sheraton!

We had a nice time. The parking payment doesn't work correctly through hotels.com. It shows up as an extra guest, but the front desk was helpful in fixing it. We had a fire alarm go off at around 10pm, so there was some confusion and while I think everyone got out ok, the all clear was a little confusing. Things happen and I think overall the staff handled it well. The room was clean and comfortable, I would stay again.

The Food is Horrible

I am staying at the hotel, and the food in their restaurant is horrible. I sat at the bar and ordered a chicken Caesar salad from the restaurant. The salad didn't have croutons; instead, they crumbled bread and put it in the salad. All you could taste was the burnt bread crumbs in the salad.
The next day, I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, but they only gave me a cheese and egg sandwich. The home fries were fingerling potatoes that were not cut and had no seasonings.
My room looked nice, but the mini refrigerator did not work. The sink in the bathroom did not drain on its own; you had to hold it open.

Excellent option if you are in Erie

This hotel is in a great location on the water and has convenient parking in a garage next door (there was a covered passageway between the garage and hotel when we were there). It has a restaurant that is very worth visiting and a covered bridge to the convention center and other restaurants. The staff could not have been more helpful or nicer, the food was excellent, and the room was very nice. Highly recommended!

My stay at the Sheraton EXCEEDED my expectations. The staff/front desk were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. My room with a view of the Bay was AMAZING, the room itself was comfortable in every way which made my stay Relaxing, and Peaceful which is what i needed. Ive stayed at many hotels seeking this and found it HERE. Thank you!
