THE hotel to stay at in the area regardless of renovations!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience due to the excellent customer service Andrew provided at the front desk. Despite the renovations happening around the building, Andrew's exceptional hospitality truly stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. From answering questions to addressing any concerns, Andrew made sure I had everything I needed, and his positive attitude really made a difference. His dedication to making guests feel valued and cared for was evident in every interaction. Even with the ongoing renovations, Andrew’s professionalism and kindness made my stay memorable. He truly made all the difference and turned what could have been a stressful experience into a pleasant one. Highly recommend!

I loved this place. Will be back.

The pillows were absolutely amazing, the hotel was peaceful, clean, amenities provided were amazing, I loved this hotel and the best part, it’s right across the street from my home office! I will definitely be back. Thank you so much Hilton Inn, can’t wait for my next business trip.

Comfortable stay and great hospitality from staff!

I stay at this hotel quite a bit and had a reservation booked months before hand and was surprised at the upcoming renovations. I was expecting for services to be closed down which wasn’t really convenient but the staff try to at least accommodate guests for what they lack and I appreciate that. I was greeted by Andrew at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcomed and at ease. Not only is he incredibly friendly, but he also knows the local area inside and out. He took the time to suggest some great spots to visit and gave me personalized recommendations, which made my stay so much more enjoyable.
Even though the hotel is undergoing renovations, Andrew's positive attitude and excellent service made the experience 10 times better. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure I had a comfortable stay. His attentiveness and warm demeanor made all the difference and truly set the tone for a wonderful visit. I can’t thank him enough for his hospitality and great conversations I had with him – he’s a true asset to this hotel!

Very poor customer service!

We are lifetime Diamond Hilton members. At 10:15 last night a man used a key card & entered our room. Front desk person argued & said it did not happen - scary when you are fast asleep. Finally told maintenance went into wrong room. No apology for inconvenience from front desk, no apology at all let alone compensation. Stayed at Hilton chains all over the world for last 30 years, never experienced this before.

Hotel.com web site charged me $20 for breakfast. Hotel said that they serve breakfast only on Sundays. Besides money this was extremely inconvenient. Because of my medical conditions i have to eat early morning. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. No exercise/pool either.
