Great place to stay
I was a little concerned about the visiting ice hockey team ( 10- year olds?) practicing in the hallway after dinner, but by 8:05 pm their chaperones had them in their rooms and we got a great nights sleep.

Good Location for visits to Parks and Cornell
As for improvements needed, the heater/air conditioner is somewhat noisy. Better lighting is need by the beds and over the shower. The bath has only 2 small hand towel bars and needs hooks or bars for bath towels.
Average Hampton breakfast items are available in a decent-sized room that could fill up if the hotel were full. The friendly desk staff allowed guests to use the breakfast room for take-out dinners. The coffee station could be better maintained, but included all the requisite items. Rooms on the road-side were somewhat noisy in the morning due to truck traffic.

It’s a short drive to State Parks and Cornell. We ate at the Arby’s and at MIX. We do not recommend either.

The hotel staff was nice and helpful.
The breakfast was simple and nice.
For the use of guests, the hotel has a small indoor pool and a gym.
The hotel has free adjacent parking.

Otherwise the stay was what I expected.
