Completely dirty in and out of room. I didn’t stay and they are still trying to charge me.

I was disappointed, the room was dirty, the sheets were dirty, I found chips under the pillow, I stayed there for 4 days on the second day, cockroaches began to come out in the room and I found bedbugs, the shower curtain stank of cigarettes and was dirty, the worst stay of my life

Basic cheap motel, the homeless along the block did not bother us or come on the property at all. security cameras and well lit parking lot. Motel room wasn't very clean on check in, many foreign hairs throughout the room and in the bed and later on a roach scurried across the bed when we got back and turned on the light. You get what you get for cheap/last minute, no frills and maybe a bug friend or two. The person in the office said we'd be fine🤗

Remarkably dirty room. Dead bugs and hair everywhere. There was even an empty McDonald’s cup in the room when we arrived? Very nice owners but much to be desired otherwise.

This review might not be fair since we never checked in. We had to cancel our reservation by July 20th to get a refund. We were in town to check-in on July 22nd. We had to drive by two blocks of homeless, and to get to the hotel building itself, we would have had to drive by peoples beds outside. I am not unfamiliar with areas like this, but there was nothing that said 'safe'.
We took our loss and left since that was the cancellation wording on our reservation.
There was nothing we saw that says this should be on a hotels.com recommendation list, and I worry about families traveling with kids affordably.
Any mistake that involves losing money is an expensive one. Sure would be nice to be able to get a refund though.
