This is a budget hotel. Room doors open to sidewalk. Rooms are spartan. Just a bed,
a table, and hard chairs. No couch. Some shady characters stay there, but at least it was quiet.

Bed bugs all over the bed, not just a few the bed was covered. They moved me to 4 different rooms all had bed bugs in 1 or both beds. I got this hotel to spend Christmas with my kids as my current living situation I can't have them over night I got a hotel, and it was ruined by all the bed bugs. It was nasty I was just laying on the bed about 10 mins after just in and they were crawling on me. I ripped cover off the bed to see 30-50 bugs crawling around every where. They moved me into another room which has the same problem and the process repeated 2 other times all 4 rooms had bed bugs. 1 room at your propertie with bedbugs is horrible enough but to have 4 rooms. This ruined our 2024 Christmas and they refuse any type of refund. I have videos and photos but this hotel.com app is messing up it won't allow me to upload the photos there was big bed bugs little ones tiny babies big ones all running all over the beds absolutely disgusting

This is a slum hole inn

The room was ok but there's a lot of druggies and the electric is sus. The staff is rude and most of them don't speak English blvery well IF they do at all. There is NO POOLor activities for kids as advertised and good luck getting housekeeping to PROPERLY CLEAN UP the room. Horrible experience do not recommend at all

Room was disgusting. I know it was cheap, but basic cleaning should be something that is done no matter the price you are paying. Mold everywhere, sheets had holes, 0 hot water for showers, heat also barely worked, walls were covered in brown liquid that I don’t even want to know where it came from. Staff was very friendly, but seems like they spent more money on the lobby slot machines that the actual rooms themselves.

Terrible experience

The room was terrible - dirty run down and smelly. The Tv didn't work properly - the fridge was extremely noisy, the bathroom was dirty - had old bar of soap on the shelf- The furniture looked like it should belong in a dumpster and the walls were patchy with paint that had been applied to cover up something. Would not recommend definitely not worth the price.
