This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note: The Broadlind Hotel is a registered historical building and there are no elevators on property, stairs only. There is no wheelchair accessibility. Please note that this is a self check-in ApartHotel with keyless entry. Pre-check-in is required. All guests must complete an incidental form with a valid ID that has the same name as the name on the reservation.

Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
