Great hotel at Ann Arbor

It is a very nice hotel at Ann Arbor Michigan. The front desk is really friendly and efficient. The lobby is big and has enough seating arrangement. The lobby restaurant is also located there.
There are two heated pools indoor and outdoor at ground level. The gym also at ground level is also nice.
Our room was nice but at ground level due to reservation made at the time of the big game going on. There was some sound from the outside parking but that was ok. Next time we will booking in advance to avoid ground level rooms.
Housekeeping is good. We had 2 rooms. One with a king bed another with 2 queen beds. The dressing room is a bit odd that it does not have a partition door with the room and that makes it a little awkward if one of your kid is in the room.
The shower enclosure was nice but for the interconnected two queen bed rooms the shower was on a bathtub with curtains. I prefer the shower enclosure.
The air conditioner is strangely on the floor. Probably due to the room being on ground level.
Hotel gives 2 complementary water bottles and you can buy water and other stuff from a store beside the front desk. There is an ATM machine there was well. You can buy all kind of stuff from there including sandwiches.
Overall a good place to stay while at Ann Arbor.

Home away from home in Ann Arbor

Second stay here in 12 months and just as great! Laciane does a fabulous job at the helm of the restaurant area (Terice makes a perfect omelette), the staff is interacts with each other and the guests in such a friendly way (Mary is a treasure!) and so it feels a bit like "coming home" to this hotel. Clean, comfy with a well stocked mini grocery and cozy bar.

It was fantastic! The room layout was great. I left there and went to a Marriott in Knoxville that has a terrible room lay out, no desk room no dresser drawer space, and a chair that faces the bed. And I can't enjoy any time out of the room because even though the lobby is nice, they Blair the music so loud I can't stay out there. I wish I was back at the Sheraton in Ann Arbor. Thank you for a great stay.

Clean hotel, but don’t plan on sleeping. All off the room doors slam the entire night. They do not have any of the cylinders that slow the door as it closes. Also, we were there for the game and I had kids running up and down the hall until after midnight. I had no idea they put me in a hearing/visual assisted room. There is a buzzer on the outside of our room that kids were ringing and running, it’s loud as a fire alarm and flashes in the room. I called the front desk and they said they’d send someone from maintenance, no one ever came. Other guests called security and they finally addressed the issue. Rough night especially for $350.

The staff was welcoming, professional and helpful. The breakfast was very good & the made to order omelet was very good. I would definitely stay here again.
