Fine hotel. Breakfast is limited but fine. Strange to have to go to a different building for breakfast and pool

Although i absolutely loved the hotel. The customer service on my last day ruined it for me. I loved the convenience of the laundry and pool and area. However, I got to the hotel on my third night of staying after rebooking because I love the hotel so much and found out that my room was canceled because the rep had seen my name on the list previous days so they canceled my room and then try to put me in a one bedroom when I asked for and paid for a two bedroom. When I asked him who told them to cancel my booking, he could not provide me a name. This made me furious because I was already getting in late with my children and I just wanted to check in also when I got to the one bedroom, it smelled horrible.
The front desk employee was of no help and really didn’t know what he was doing. Overall, I love the hotel my kids love the hotel. It’s just the service the canceling of my booking without my permissionand me not getting the room I paid for was horrible.

The stay itself was fine once i hassled expedia and the hotel itself about my room type they'd collected payment for but tried telling me it was unavailable. I forgot to kind of "flag" this site personally for the fact that the front desk can't be accessed from all points (you need to go outside and drive or walk to that part of the building). An extra little step i dont enjoy. Bathrooms didn't even have a little hand lotion for after you wash hands

I was disappointed at the $250 deposit. Fireplace didn't work in room, there was no one that came by to bring to bring fresh towels or make beds etc for a two night stay. One of the two bedrooms in our suite was so cramped that is was very uncomfortable to get to one side of the bed. Charged for parking. I won't book with this hotel again.

The staff seemed very nice. But it was loud all night long. We were a single couple and were surrounded by people with kids coming and going until after 1 am. Slamming doors and yelling. Then they started vacuuming the hall at 8 am. Not pleasant.
