Great stay.

I cannot say enough about the caring and competent staff. They were friendly and always helpful. The free breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the 24 hour hot tea, hot chocolate and lemon ice water provided in the breakfast room. Room was clean. Convenient to many places to eat, yet quiet.

Exploring Tualatin

Clean and specious rooms, older lady at the kitchen was great, she was so attentive and helpful, the whole staff is super professional and the location is great, everything is walking distance including Fred Meyers.
I will definitely return.

This particular hotel is at least as good or better than the more expensive national hotel chains that have drive-up parking. It looks and feels up-to-date & was very clean and well maintained. Our room was large, well-appointed, and it felt good to be in. The pillowtop bed was VERY comfortable (I'm picky) with nice quality linens and a clean coverlet, & came with five high quality non-lumpy pillows on our king bed. From bed, there was no sound from the outside, adjacent rooms, or the hallway. We sleep really well here. The pool is open surprisingly late, which may appeal to some folks, and it was not a bother to us at all. We didn't have a need to interact very much with the staff, but they seemed very pleasant and accommodating, and the front desk was always attended. Despite a lower cost than the more expensive chains, our stay actually included a very nice breakfast that offered scrambled eggs, bacon, & sausage that were very tasty, as well as all the other usual hotel-breakfast offerings. Parking is plentiful, close in, and can accommodate even a large vehicle like a moving truck. The wifi worked well. The location is excellent, with restaurants, goods and services very close by, and good freeway access. It's just minutes away from all areas south of Portland in the vicinity of I-5 and even I-205.This was our second visit here, and it's now officially our favorite place to stay that's close to Portland.

What a great hotel and team!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much and will be back next time we are in the area. The location was great with easy access to highways and walking distance to Fred Meyer and a number of restaurants. The room was comfortable (with the exception of the pillows which is pretty common in hotels) and the bathroom was attractively designed with a great shower and plenty of hot water. (Be sure to use the non-slip mat in the shower. Due to the smooth surface and the soft water, it's a slip hazard otherwise...) Everyone that we interacted with at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and efficient and made us feel valued. It was clear that the maids and maintenance people do a great job, because the entire hotel was immaculately clean and well maintained. We wanted to give a special shout-out to Evelyn who works in the breakfast room. You could really tell that she cares deeply about doing a great job for her customers. The hot foods were the best we've had with hotel breakfasts. At most hotels, the scrambled eggs are rubbery and seem fake. Evelyn's scrambled eggs were nice and fluffy and the fried potatoes were wonderfully seasoned. Evelyn also kept the food service area and the tables immaculately clean at all times. We enjoyed having the opportunity to interact with her several times during our stay. One morning, I left my purse behind. I realized it right away and went back to get it, and Evelyn had already spotted it and given it to the front desk. Thank you, Evelyn, for all you do! Your great attitude and level of service are far and away better than we've experienced at any other hotel's breakfast room. There were gold and platinum award plaques in the lobby, and based on our stay there, the awards were well deserved! The management and their team here are clearly top notch!
