Ok for 1 day stay

The room is simple. The staff are polite and helpful. Ok to stay for a short visit to iloilo. Near restos and 2 convenience store. It was 6 minutes drive to iloilo convention center by taxi. For its price including free breakfast, it's worth it.

Well maintained in a good location

It's showing its age in many areas but the important thing is that the facilities are well maintained. My twin room came with good Filipino breakfast buffet (with limited options), but is to be expected for the price i paid for the room. You need to book a room on the quiet side of the hotel otherwise the loud band music from nearby bars on the other side of the hotel are sure to leave you without sleep.

The Hotel with Noisy Room

I have stayed in this hotel several times, but this time it was bad. As I checked in and enter my room, I found the room to be full of karaoke noise, this was 11 pm. I asked front desk to find me a better room, as I had dinner. As I return, they could not do anything. Although the noise went down. The room had a lot of bottled water as the water from the faucet was not drinkable. Bed not that comfortable. The worst wasthe noise of drum and music as 6 am. Horrible stay!
To be fair the service was not bad especially my ride to the airport. But the constant noise heard in that room is unacceptible.

Needs improvement

It is our 2nd time in the is hotel, we came the first time with me and my partner. On our first visit it was quite good, except for the frontdesk staff who were not welcoming. On our second visit as a group, it is still the same interpretation about their frontdesk staffs, i guess they need training in customer service. They should have my record on files but ofcourse they still need to ask again for your ids. The only reason why we still choose this hotel despite of the hospitality, are the rooms and buffet breakfast. Not recommendable

An Average Hotel in a Great Location

Located near Diversion's bustling nightlife street is Iloilo Business Hotel - and its great location is the only thing that's its got going for it.
The rooms are dated, and the duvets and sheets that were installed on our room were actually already tinged yellow from age. The aircon unit was probably as old as I am. The rooms were overall dim-lit due to the warm tones of the bulbs installed.
However, despite its location, the rooms are actually pretty quiet which is a great plus.
The food at the restaurant was ok, but it could use more choices.
