Understated luxury.
Our meal at Christophe Haye was an unforgettable experience. Excellent, excellent, excellent. I have MUCH respect for what he and his team have created.
ALL of our interactions with staff were pleasurable, warm, helpful, accommodating.

A true gem.
And if the majesty of the property weren’t enough, the hospitality and service we received was top of its class. Lucie, the hotel manager, was so kind and helpful. She made us feel like we were family visiting her home. We enjoyed chatting with all of the staff and especially enjoyed hearing Chef’s origin story and inspiration for his menus AND meeting his adorable dog Vickie
I will be dreaming about my return to Blois.

Very nice getaway
The rooms are very nicely decorated and very well provided.
The SPA is very nice and very modern: a room with a very large Jacuzzi; a room with a long heated indoor pool, steam room and sauna; and a large rest room.
Breakfast in the restaurant Amour Blanc is of excellent quality and is served buffet style (choice of eggs to order): smoked fish, beef meats, pastries...
