Price was right. Off season. Very small room with two twin beds. Sufficient to sleep in. Not sufficient for sitting in. Nice lobby with shared space with Mercure hotel. Amy was super helpful. We walked right next door to great restaurant. Le Bustrodome was recommended. Excellent food and service. Underground free parking too. Great find.

Lovely hotel. Extra friendly staff who spoke good English. I asked for an iron and was given one straight away. In the middle of the city by the port. Perfect for exploring and shopping. I will be returning and have already recommended to others.

The hotel is right in the centre of Caen, convenient location close to restaurants and bars. The room we had was quite small, but clean and comfortable.
There is parking under the hotel so very convenient but its expensive, the spaces are small and we couldn't open the car boot fully with the low ceiling in parts of the car park.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Arrived during thunderstorm, tired and hungry. Details when booking had said room service was available for hot meals and cold snacks. Asked on arrival and told there was no food or even a hot drink available so were directed to nearby restaurant. Had to walk in pouring rain to get food. Would not use again

One-way trip price: VND460,000 per guest -Private car: Cam Ranh airport - Bac Van Phong port, Dam Mon (3 hours) - One-way trip price: VND1,980,000 per car -Private car: Tuy Hoa airport/ Tuy Hoa city - Bac Van Phong port, Dam Mon (1.5 hours) - One-way trip price: VND1,500,000 per car -Between Bac Van Phong port, Dam Mon and Whale Island Resort, our boat transfer is complimentary and takes 15 minutes.
