Stellar location and service! We felt very taken care of. The staff went out of their way to help accommodate us when we chose to stay longer and when I wasnt feeling well. I wish every hotel had a staff this attentive and caring.

We had a wonderful stay here. The ladies at reception were extremely helpful and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff
The weather was bitterly cold outside but the heating in the hotel was exceptional.
would recommend and hope to stay again.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She let us check in early andalso gave us suggestions to explore the town. Room was clean and comfortable, just nice for the two of us.

Cozy hotel in perfect location!
Kind and helpful staff….and they spoke English, too. Will definitely return, as well as recommend to friends visiting the beautiful Alsace region.
