Location, Elevator and beautiful Dijon.

Had a wonderful stay in a Self-catering Apartment in the actual Hotel building. All spotless. I read up on what this hotel offers, across several sites in old Dijon. The Hotel location was perfect for us as we needed an elevator and a washing machine. Staff were all pleasant and very helpful. Luxurious spacious accommodation with a very efficient modern kitchen. We didn’t partake of hotel breakfasts tho only €14 pp but this is why we self-cater, for the freedom it gives us. Grocery stores nearby easy to find. Had a hamburger dinner from shop next door to Hotel and it was excellent. Huge bedroom area with powerful air-conditioning. We hate heat. The weather was still cool with a bit of rain but we used air-con at night when we shut all the balcony doors. Bed large and comfortable. Dijon now our favourite French City and the Hôtel location enabled us to see so much, it was close to everything. Very beautiful large but quiet City and stunning architecture everywhere. The Free Navette buses are a brilliant idea. There is a stop in front of Des Ducs. We rode Navettes anti and clockwise and they enabled us to comfortably visit so much. Because of vehicle control around the major sites Dijon is a walkers paradise and so easy from the hotel. The Church of St Michel is behind the hotel. Notre Dame and Chouette the City Owl on the wall are so close. The fantastic Markets close. Clothing, shoes, bags, linens but most importantly Fruit, vegetables, flowers and cheese. Cheese en masse. Vins and a Bar on site. Very well patronised very early but wonderful to see. Lastly. Mustard. Near Notre Dame was a truly wonderful shop. Neatly contained in one area close by are all the Posh Stores anyone could want. Retail Therapy. Even an Hermes with a delightful young lady happy to chat with non buyers too.

Outstanding, unique, impeccable - just wow, and phenomenal location.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had (and I've had alot). Instructions were impeccable, and if you stay in the "Residence" it's a 7-8 min walk and you will need exact instructions. WIFI worked well. The room was OMG, so cool, clean and unique. Each room is a work of art. AC worked GREAT. The place is in outstanding shape, yet in an old building with traditional french windows that you can open to enjoy those mornings like a local. Elevator for easy luggage and it's a real elevator not an old "lift" like you get in some French hotels. It is also in or near the incredible Place de La Liberation, one of the most specular square in all of old Europe (but eat elsewhere, the Brasseries are very touristy).

Good hotel

This hotel is located at the center of Dijon city and close to the sightseeing spots, but also quiet , so I stayed relaxed and could visit several spots, it was satisfying.

Great comfy hotel in the heart od Dijion

We had a great stay at the hotel. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. hotel is literally 2 minutes walk from the very city centre. And the hotel has a real roman wall in its basement.

Great location, simple hotel

The location of the hotel makes up for the average and small rooms. We had a bad night sleep because the AC made some very weird and noisy sounds - all night long
