Excellent from all points of view

Great hotel in value for money.Breakfast plentiful good and followed by Nadia very friendly and speaks well italiano.Camere well cared for in pulizia.Posizione very good in the hills with private parking

Tremendo!

I assume that I am aware of the fact that not everyone has an idea of cleanliness like ours, so the first few days I pretended not to see the rampant dirt (dirty and encrusted bathroom, refrigerator with mold, dirty laundry etc ..) to try to enjoy the holiday equally. Except I wake up one morning with a BLATTA in my room. I promptly ask the reception to intervene, remove it and proceed with a deep clean. From the reception they tell me that they would have provided, they reassure me saying that she had probably entered from the terrace (which I doubt, having paid for the climate, the balcony has never remained open for long) but I am not offered even a hint of apology. During the same evening, I find myself a further cockroach, this time crushed between the door jamb. They never came to remove it. Needless to say, the apology never arrived, neither from them nor from the tour operator we relied on. On breakfast, I draw a pitiful veil, obviously after the discovery of these fantastic animals I have not used it anymore. I think it's really shameful.

Chilling.

Dirt in the common areas and in a week never changed towels, never swept the room, never cleaned the bathroom and never changed the sheets. Air conditioning for a fee not specified before (10 euros per day). Indecent bathroom sanitation and ridiculous water operation (it comes out hot, cold, weak or powerful alternately without you can adjust with the mixer). Poor services, breakfast with very few choices

An island that enchants

The hotel flaws as reception and as standard of the rooms ... in 6 days of stay the elevator out of order such remained ... the mini bar in the room that worked very well was completely empty so if you arrive tired not even a bottle of water you have to go out to get the minimum you need .... the room if you want air conditioning is charged and the bathroom although small that is of little relevance is quite dated and therefore presents itself badly the cleaning leave something to be desired .... the breakfast is minimal .... they could propose local desserts and have the cleanest dishes ... finally the outdoor area has a nice pool except that in the evening the outdoor bar is closed and is not used as a relaxation point to enjoy the evening climate ... the only advantage is the proximity to the center of Pigadia that apart from a steep climb you can reach it on foot and in a short time you can immerse yourself in the Greek nightlife of the island ..... which enchants for its still wild beauty and for the spectacle of its bays and lovely beaches ... I wholeheartedly recommend a stay in Karpathos .... an island that takes you to the heart ❤️

The worst that exists in Karpathos. Horrible attitude, bad service, zero amenities and overpriced for what it offers.
As soon as we walked in we thought we had come to hell, so hot in all the corridors. Towels and sheets must be owned. Food on the verge of food poisoning.
The only positive thing is that it is next to the best club on the island.
