“Excellent hotel, with very helpful and friendly staff at the front desk. The service exceeded my expectations

Excellent hotel with a high level of hospitality and excellent location. The reception was always available, polite and helpful, giving solutions with a smile. The staff was impeccable and made sure we felt comfortable, safe and really like at home.

Disappointment for 4 stars

Too small rooms almost suffocating
On 3 nights the cleaner only entered once you don't know about 4 star hotel and also don't know curtain in the bathroom
There was no room to touch the suitcase to open
The only good breakfast and reception

Think twice before you book!!!

I booked this hotel from 22 to 29 Sep 2024. The only possibility was to book a non-refundable room. Two days before my vacation I sustained second degree burns on my right hand in a fire accident. My doctor allowed me to go on vacation on condition that I find a doctor in Rhodes who will check my wounds a few days later. I found a dermatologist in Rhodes who checked my wounds and told me they got infected. That was the second day of my vacation (out of 7 days in total). I decided to go back home immediately in order to avoid any further risk. The hotel informed me they could refund me only 35 EUR out of remaining approximately 500 EUR I paid for the remaining 5 nights. After numerous emails and pleas by myself and booking.com, the hotel decided not to reimburse me any more money stating this was the policy of their company. They did not show any understanding for the medical emergency I had and the very stressful situation I was going through. They did not even want to change the dates so that I can use the remaining 5 nights sometime in the future. This was the most inhumane and inconsiderate behaviour I have experienced in my life. So, please think twice before you book this hotel. After the sweet words in the beginning when you book their hotel, they show their real face when you face an out-of-ordinary situation like I did.

Incredible a must book

Ok so, we have only just got here and booked last night. Backstory: we’re on our honeymoon and were staying in Lindos but our hotel was so bad (no hairdryer, very dirty and unclean, shelling out cash for air con and WiFi) that we decided to go on a mini break to Rhodes to see the old town.
Let me tell you as soon as I walked into elite I got a lovely vibe, especially as Christina the receptionist was so lovely and kind to us both.
The place has a luxury feel with free wine, water, coffee and tea available to you in your room. A HAIRDRYER and free WiFi and air con. Plus a lovely balcony! The bathroom is gorgeous. I’m obsessed and almost in tears right now having come from probably the worst hotel to the loveliest place I can imagine! Thank you elite hotels! Our honeymoon has begun because of you❤️

Well located hotel. We'd love to come back.

First time at this hotel.
It is located to our taste very well located. Approx. 100m to the beach.
We had a small room with balcony. It was cleaned daily and provided with clean towels. Breakfast selection was plenty for us.
Cute and friendly staff who were helpful when we had contact with them.
Definitely a hotel we can recommend.
