Great hotel

Stayed for Eight nights,in a corner room. The room was cleaned daily, to a very good standard. Breakfast was good, mainly Thai, but we had enough to get on with. Bar and restaurant we very good , prices were not high. All the staff were very good.

TWO VERY NICE WEEKS!

After a month of visiting Thailand and Cambodia (Angkor), we ended our holidays in Cha am (for the 4th stay), Bann Pantai (3rd time), this time for two weeks.
If we come back to it, we liked it...
We love the comfort of the rooms (bedding and shower very well, we had room 115 on the ground floor), tranquility, reasonable size of the hotel, proximity to the sea (the street to cross), breakfast included (correct but not transcendent), beautiful pool with enough sun loungers (but a small lack of umbrellas), restaurants nearby (Didine and Aroy, a little more expensive) and gargotes on the beach at more than reasonable prices.
Some equipment is being renovated and the small bridge is a bit rusty.
However, we never saw the fitness center open (for your information, because no problem for us).
We divided our time between the pool and the beach (near the Hotel Methavalai a small 1/4 walk, but it was voluntary, some exercise...).
The staff is smiling, helpful, smug and we had an absolutely adorable young woman (Kratay) looking after our room, we had trouble convincing her that there was no need to change the sheets every day and she gave us a little gift when we left, I would have hugged her, but that is not the habit in Thailand. Especially since the hotel keeps it precious!
Our only visit was to PETCHABURI at 45 km (Tham Khao Luang Cave Temple, Khao Wang the historic palace of Phra Nakhon Khiri Historical Park and two temples of the city), for the day, 2,000 baths car rental with driver, or 56 €.
The taxi back to Bangkok airport costs 2,500 baths, otherwise the buses are very good and not very expensive

Excellent place, excellent location, excellent staff, very clean, and good breakfast.
I highly recommend staying at Bann Pantai whether it’s a family holiday or a business trip.

For only the 2 nights, our stay was very comfortable, there was renovations going on to some rooms and had noise from power tools during the day time, however it did not disrupt too much the stay (and were pre warned before by the hotel), and would look to book this hotel when visiting again. Very accessible to the beach which was a quiet stretch of clean beach with activities as required. And walking distances to bars and restaurants.

Stayed here many times over the years no real complaints however the rooms are starting to look a little tired for the price you pay.
