Terrible experience
We booked a new renovated room. The furniture in the room was good. Comfortable bed. That’s all!!
The room was dirty…. Never saw something like this before. The bed linen was stained.
After I showed this to the receptionist, they gave us another room. Which had clean bed linen, but a lot of dust everywhere. And heating didn't work for both days. Outside was +2 during day time.
And we had a strong draft from the window.
I spoke many times with a reception about heating.
Solution was they brought us in the room old dirty radiator with socket which didn’t work.
So we stayed in a 4 start hotel without hitting and full of dust for two nights.
