An Exquisite hotel with service to match – can’t wait to return!
H10 Urquinaona was the absolute perfect hotel for our time in Barcelona—an exquisite hotel with the staff to match! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely welcome. Every time we walked in, we were greeted with freshly poured chilled water, which was such a thoughtful touch after a hot day out.
Every single staff member we encountered was warm, helpful, and genuinely kind, but a special shoutout to Efrain (apologies if that’s not the correct spelling), the concierge who assisted us in our first few days. He was so genuinely caring, even going out of his way to warn us about local pickpockets and make sure our bags were closed before heading out—small gestures that meant a lot.
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and truly lives up to its advertising. The rooftop bar, although small, offers gorgeous views, and the bartender made delicious mocktails for us while we relaxed and soaked in the atmosphere.
We had a family room, which was a little on the smaller side, but it was immaculately clean, well-designed, and very comfortable. The bathroom was surprisingly large, and everything felt tidy and cared for. One standout feature was the beautiful glass bottles of water that were refreshed daily—a total blessing after long, hot days out attending the F1 !
The hotel is in a great central location, walking distance to just about everything we needed.
We ordered room service one night, and it was fast, fresh, and fabulous. And the breakfasts each morning were a total highlight—beautifully presented, plenty of variety, fresh options galore, and honestly the best breakfast I had on our entire trip through Europe.
On one of the mornings when we had to leave before breakfast began, the hotel thoughtfully arranged picnic bags for us to take—generously packed and a truly appreciated gesture.
This was one of those stays that felt special from start to finish, and I honestly can’t wait to stay here again. Highly, highly recommended.

Charming hotel with character and great location.
Great location, and cozy hotel with character.
Clean place, good attentive staff and decent room size for Barcelona.
I like the charming character of the building. Close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended those who like to be close to everything when traveling.

We arrived after 12 hrs of travelling. They gave us a room at 1st floor on the street above a bus stop and a restaurant! Way too noisy! Couldn’t sleep. Next day we complain and they said no other room available to change! Second night worsted than the first night. Then we ask for taxi and they called. After 30 min nothing. We asked where is our taxi and they said is not coming cause has been cancelled! We ask why you didn’t inform us? The answer was too busy! But nobody was there! Disappointing!

Location, location, location! It’s a perfect starting point to explore the Barcelona city center. We loved our amazing balcony! It’s a quiet hotel with some great details. Good breakfast but not included.

BRILLIANT HOTEL
I treated my wife and 2 daughters a long weekend at this fabulous hotel to celebrate her 60th. They absolutely adored it from the excellent service, attention by staff, cleanliness, reasonably priced alcohol and roof top plunge pool. The hotel is at a great location for the Gothic Quarter, 10 min walk to Las Ramblas, if that takes your fancy, Sagrada Familia is a 30 min walk or take the Metro and the beach area is a 40 minute walk.
