Good location, reasonable pricing & rooms, very close to walking & biking areas. Have been a few times but now no longer dog friendly...

We arrived back from dinner just after 8pm and none of us (3 different rooms) could get the TV to work! I followed instructions but it was not responding - no sound, no response to channel or volume buttons. I just wished to watch regulr tv, nothing special but nothing worked! There was no contact numbers for help, so nothing could be done.
Staff very friendly, rooms very clean and comfortable.

Very clean and quiet. WiFi, while free would not allow streaming, and access to some other general sites such as NZ Parliament. So used mobile data. Some utensils and cockery need updating and replacing e
g. chipped cockery and missing spoons. No Sky Movie channels and one documentary channel - but plenty of sports channels.
Only the plus side friendly greeting from reception and good value for money deal. Bed was comfortable, and not much noise from road. The small courtyard out the back was nice to sit in.
