Very comfortable stay

"What a fantastic hotel! The service was truly exceptional. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The facilities were great, but it was the friendly and attentive team that really made the difference."

Not a 5-Star Hotel – Misleading & Poorly Maintained

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at The Crown Goa compels me to warn other travelers. This hotel is nowhere close to 5-star standards. The corridors were smelly, and the room I was given was dusty, mouldy, and looked like it hadn’t been deep-cleaned in ages. There were clear signs of neglect — from stained upholstery to visible insect presence. The staff seemed poorly trained and lacked the professionalism expected at this price point.
The gym was a joke – poorly equipped and extremely unhygienic.
Goa has far better options at this price. Avoid

Double check before you book unless casino is your intention...

Lack of professionalism.......
Poor attentiveness...
No basic hospitality attittude...
Food is not at par...
Access from the main road / availability of public transport are very very difficult..
Rooms are ok though very old...
Good for Casino visitors...

Family Stay

We recently spent two nights at The Crown Goa with our family, and it was a truly memorable experience from start to finish the location is absolutely fantastic- perched on a hill with breathtaking views of the Mandovi river and close to Panaji city, making it convenient yet peaceful.
The rooms were spacious clean and well appointed with all the modern amenities we needed. What we really stood out was the hospitality of the staff - they were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with the smile. Special mention to the front desk and restaurant teams for making us feel so welcome.
Overall The Crown Goa strikes a perfect balance between comfort, luxury, and family - friendly vibe. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy Goa with the bit of tranquility and top - notch service. Would definitely stay here again

Superb Stay

Stayed here for 2 nights, room was good enough spacious with the view, staff was good, courtesous, helpful, proactive to full fill all the requirements and request food was also mouth watering have taken the services twice, over all very happy stay would definitely recommend to others and would visit soon
