Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of IDR 500000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to confirm their reservation by phone or e-mail, otherwise the reservation will be released at 15:00. Guests will be sent a credit card authorization form from the hotel, and are required to send it back together with a scanned copy of their credit card and passport/ID to guarantee their booking.
