I felt good!
The room was very spacious and the bathroom had a nice rain shower. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach, the nice flea market and is in a good area overall. The air conditioning works well, which is necessary when the outside temperature is around 35 degrees. Very nice rooftop lounge, definitely try it out. The breakfast and evening buffet was pretty decent. The friendly waitress Belinda particularly stood out. A person who makes you feel at home. Best wishes to "the amazing Belinda"!!!!

Very poor conditions
I was here during a birthright (Taglit) trip. Everyone's rooms were extremely dirty; in mine, there was a large amount of hair all over the floors and in the tub, and the shower head was broken. Shower curtains were gross and yellow at the bottom. Others complained of mold in their showers. Multiple people on the trip complained to the trip organizers because of how poor the experience was.

A huge disappointment for humans.
I did not stay at the hotel.
I took my son to the middle of Mendel. I went out to Mendel's fort, a giant Mendel's yard and a small smoking corner.
What turns out to be the back of the hotel, there was no sign or sign that the corner belonged to the hotel.
Two hours later, two staff members of the hotel arrived.
And I coughed relatively heavily, so a lady turned to me and asked me not to cough, as if I hadn't grown, and so I explained to Gretsch, "She apologized."
She explained that this part belongs to the hotel.
I asked her if I couldn’t be there.
Anyway, I got up and left, and I'm assuming that the two Hennel women work there. So did the hotel, disappointed, and I haven't stayed at the hotel yet.
I've been insulted as a human being, and if you want them not to sit there, then you can fence even though it's a public space.

Not worth the money!
First and foremost- this is not a hotel.
This is a guest house, a very basic one at best. We arrived with a gift card after making a reservation on their website, and we were informed by a very rude, very angry manager that not only she will not cancel our reservation, but she will not accept our gift card since she makes no money out of it and she rather give away our room- although would not give us our money back for the hold on the room. This is a very very basic room. All furniture is old or scratched or stained. Bed was hard. Balcony could only fit a small standing person. Not worth the money

Horrible experience
Unfortunately we had an experienced person, I was having difficulty understanding the language and they didn't have the slightest patience, quite the opposite, it seems they made a point of not wanting to understand.
The bathroom is horrible, and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.
