We will be back!

A really nice experience, the rooms are small but very clean. We appreciated the new and comfortable mattresses and the possibility of regulating the heating independently. The breakfast buffet is excellent, but I recommend extending the breakfast time slightly, it would be convenient. We had dinner by chance in the hotel restaurant because we were tired. It was a lucky choice because it is really excellent, we learned later that it is in fact recommended by the guides, including Michelin. We will definitely be back!

Nothing much

As already written, nothing special; prices above average for the type of room offered (for example in the B&B and H Hotel chains, the room level is much higher.
The banal breakfast.... Nothing special on the buffet... Oh I forgot, the room offered wasn't even in the hotel, but in what they call a villa

Ci spiace Antonio che non sia rimasto pienamente soddisfatto. Ci paragona a grandi catene alberghiere, ma noi siamo solo un piccolo hotel, non desideriamo competere. Le nostre camere non sono standardizzate, non sono grandi, ma sono curate nei dettagli. La nostra colazione offre anche molti prodotti fatti in casa, non ha le dimensioni dei buffet dei grandi hotel, ma la qualità è superiore. Abbiamo un ottimo ristorante che è l’unico ristorante d’hotel a Brescia ad essere segnalato dalle guide gastronomiche nazionali. Offriamo un servizio caldo tipico dei piccoli hotel. Abbiamo caratteristiche peculiari molto apprezzabili, ma ovviamente dipende dalle aspettative degli ospiti. Un saluto

Room with bathroom

I stayed at the Noce hotel from 26 to 28 April. The room was lovely and clean, the only drawback was that I spent 3 days without being able to use the bathroom, as the water drain didn't work. On my 3rd report I was told how to push the button because perhaps I wasn't capable. I kindly recommended putting up some photos or a video illustrating how to flush the toilet.

siamo contenti che abbia trovato la stanza “deliziosa e pulita”, peccato però che abbia valutato solo 2 palle, che però non corrispondono affatto alla sua definizione.
Assurdo dire che per 3 giorni non ha usato il bagno, come sarebbe stato possibile? Non ci è mai capitato di dover spiegare con foto o video l’utilizzo di uno sciacquone, ma siamo stati comunque disponibili a mostrargli come fare. Rimaniamo quindi molto delusi dal punteggio ricevuto che riteniamo di non meritare. Cordiali saluti

Everything OK!

Very nice hotel a stone's throw from the motorway but located in a quiet, welcoming area with a restaurant, very clean and comfortable rooms.
Small tip to integrate the courtesy line in the bathroom.
Excellent buffet breakfast with various options.

Siamo contenti che abbia apprezzato il nostro piccolo hotel, mettendo in risalto i nostri punti di forza: posizione strategica vicino all’autostrada ma anche in un piccolo quartiere tranquillo, camere pulite e dotate di tutti i comfort, e il nostro ristorante Carne&Spirito l’unico ristorante d’hotel a Brescia ad essere segnalato dalle guide gastronomiche: Michelin, Espresso, Touring club e Guida gooosa. Not recommended

Except for the two ladies present at breakfast, rude owners, cold and cramped rooms, attached to the restaurant. I left a shoe box and immediately called back and said I'd come by the next day. It was thrown away. The shoes were placed in a bag. Really not recommended. Bad image of Brescia which is a beautiful city.

mi spiace che non sia rimasta soddisfatta. Il suo punteggio però non ci rispecchia. Le stanze hanno climatizzatore e riscaldamento regolabile singolarmente, poteva scegliere la temperatura che preferiva. Si è molto indispettita perché non ha trovato la scatola delle scarpe, ma penalizzarci così tanto lo trovo eccessivo. Per questioni di spazio non ci è stato possibile conservarle nella voluminosa scatola che le conteneva.
