Great experience!

Highly recommended!
Very kind and helpful staff for every need.
Thorough cleaning, constant change of towels and shower rug.
Willingness to change the menu daily full board, variety for intolerances.

Very bad

When things go well the managers are super helpful and kind, but when there is a problem they are really rude and instead of selling you out to meet them they get annoyed. Bad food and breakfast better be done somewhere else. An indigestible brioche and doughnut. Packed lunch with hard sandwiches and ham smelled. Phones in rooms don't work.
Would not stay there again, only positive thing the winery in front, and the central location.

Great experience at Hotel Universo

The management takes great care of the presentation of food, very fresh and diverse. I was there with my students and colleagues and received great attention and availability. A special compliment to the chef, very attentive to the requests of teachers and students.

Hotel universe is famiglia.Sia the owner and staff everything is a courtesy and kindness unique spacious and beautiful rooms the food is great in short it is to go there x cost it

We stayed at the Universo hotel with 7 friends and say a SHOW is little... all very kind starting from the 2 owners Mauro and Stefano the cook since they are Celiac made me a very good menu and abundant GLUTEN-free products to go absolutely I recommend it. Remo
