Excellent family stay at Mercure Florence
The hotel is ideally located close to the train station and close to the must-sees.
We stayed in a spacious suite, with two separate sleeping areas a comfortable bathroom and a very practical shower room.
The suite, high ceiling, overlooked a small balcony, and offered appreciable calm.
The bedding was very comfortable, and we greatly appreciated the welcoming gestures: drinks offered, Nuxe products in bathrooms.
But this pleasant stay we owe it also and above all to the formidable team of the hotel, from the reception to the housekeepers, through the breakfast team: smile, availability, efficiency. This entire team is managed by a very dynamic and responsive Director, who knows and manages her establishment perfectly. Thanks to them!
