Top of the category

Very convenient location, welcoming atmosphere, the owner really helpful. There is also parking in the area, which is also well served.
The owner came directly to check me in and gave me directions for visiting local wineries and wine tours near Montalcino.

Mediocre accommodation. It does not correspond to the score it has at all.

A very ordinary apartment, the bed old and uncomfortable, noises from animals and neighbors and from the street of course. The decoration is very old, it does not have a key deposit, you have to wait for the owner to arrive. The location is not bad, there is a bus nearby.

I totally recommend this place

Location is very good, close to many restaurants in a nearby street, the area is very nice and the owners really friendly. For breakfast you have to walk some meters away to a small cafeteria by Porta Romana which serves delicious croissants.

OK apartment

An apartment with several autonomous rooms on the second floor of a residential building in the vicinity of Porta Romana, ca. half hour walk from the centre. A two-star, breakfast in a nearby cafe, not really worth it. Well maintained, although feels a bit shabby, as the "antique" style feels a bit cheap and fake - not a style really, but rather a necessity / savings measure. If you're looking for a place to overnight while exploring Florence and surroundings, this place is ok. For anything else, there're other options. NB. Since this is an apartment, you need to get in touch with the owners/managers to be met at the property upon arrival.

- Unclear presentation on most web sites (don't mind the airbnb style arrangement, just do not appreciate the lack of clarity/transparency)

- Sleepover place, nothing else

Totally Awesome!

We loved this place! The hotel is just a few rooms but we find it very comfortable,feels like home, Federico and Mateo are the owners and they gave us a nice welcome! We arrive a bit late but they were really nice, they explain us everything and even give us a map where Mateo show us all of interest in Florence and around. Mateo is an excellent host, really kind!
The hotel is in a very good location, just 10 min walking to the center of Florence. We had a small breakfast in the cafe of crossing the street, we found it really cute and relaxing, close to the gardens and with a typic Italian breakfast. We stay for just one night but will like to have stay more, the rooms are clean and pretty and the hospitality is the best.
Totally recommend!
