Frame Hotel is the BEST!!!!!

We absolutely loved the frame hotel! The location was perfect, and the staff was amazing, friendly and so helpful! our rooms were clean, beautiful and spacious. Breakfast was fantastic. Margherita made us cappuccinos and espresso every morning. If we ever go back to Florence, we will only stay at the frame hotel!

Cozy hotel

Small hotel, comfortable accommodation, friendly and attentive staff, excellent location allowing walking around the historic center. Safe place, even at night we could walk peacefully. The reservation was made directly on the hotel's website.

The Frame Hotel Florence

The Frame Hotel is excellent it’s in an area close to all the main attractions of Florence. The rooms are brilliant very comfortable beds and quiet all with the expected room amenities you would want. Staff at this hotel are very helpful and also respect your privacy all in all we would stay again we really enjoyed our stay.

Cute little boutique hotel

The location is absolutely prime. Nothing was more than a 15 minute walk away. Shopping was very close and so was the Duomo, maybe a 5 minute walk if that. Francesca at the front desk was so nice and helpful. I would ask her where I could find a restaurant with whatever I was craving for the day and she would immediately make a recommendation and it did not disappoint. All of the staff was quite friendly but she definitely stood out. If she saw us walking up to the door (you have to tap your key to open it) she would immediately come and open/hold the door for us as we had a stroller. They have afternoon tea/snacks where I got to learn the history of the hotel. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Location, accommodation, breakfast. All good

Hotel with shy entrance, but very well located, very comfortable room, excellent breakfast and always attentive staff. Close to the train station and the Church of Santa Maria Novella and many Florence attractions and shopping streets. Valeu bastante
