Amazing location, amazing place, amazing staff. I stay in hotels 30-50 nights a year and this place was one of the best I’ve stayed at in a long time.

This is reviewing for the 1 bedroom studio in the 3rd floor. The layout of the studio made the bed area and the living room area felt separate and comfortable. It is very spacious for 2 people and I can see it being big enough for 3 adults or 2 adults with little kids. The place was clean and well equipped with coffee, tea, towels and other amenities expected at a hotel. We would definitely come back.
Location wise, it’s an easy 12-15 min walk to the Duomo plaza area and it’s near a Carrefour market and plenty of restaurants. We felt safe walking around.
The property managers were very proactive with communication and clear about what are needed for self-check-in and checkout. Definitely stay here if you want to feel like a local but enjoy the feel of a hotel!

The apartment was very spacious and ideal for families. The location is in the heart of Milan in walking distance to the Duomo and shopping.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Milan. It is literally a few blocks away from the Duomo and in the center of all the action. The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed. Getting checked in was also seamless and the people working there were so accommodating and responsive. I would definitely recommend staying with Heart Milan!
