We booked for 4 nights in this hostel, if you can call it a hostel.
We arrived, very cold personal welcome not pleasant, we arrive in the room a very strong smell of sewers coming from the bathroom, mattress floor and the whole room unhealthy (we are not difficult) but the condition is really inadmissible
Additional charge for arrival after 9pm as well as sheets, not notified at the time of booking.
Paying to sleep in a space like this is really shameful

The keys were handed over outside, limit a hello and no goodbye, really negative until the end.
Do not book this hostel.

The place was really for the budget traveler. Extra for towels sheets. Several flights of stairs, not for the elderly such as us.
No heating, we had to sleep with our clothes on to keep warm, no soap just an empty dispenser.
There was a shared kitchen which was a plus.

Absurd and brazen scam
WE HAVE BEEN BLATANTLY CHEATED
We arrived at the place we paid, among other things we paid extra for various taxes, we enter the room, and it was unlivable, dirty, cramped and with still the dirty bathroom... we immediately went down and asked for a refund, we were told to leave quietly and contact via whatsapp for a refund the next day.
Well, it's been a month and I call them daily to see what happened to my money and they claim there is an office, apparently secret, that they have to contact but they do not have the number.... a sensational scam they told us to leave quietly and they even stole the money.

I could never believe it was really possible, but it is! We've been through hell! We were eaten by bedbugs!!!

Nothing could have clouded our holiday in Milan more than this pigsty. The room doesn't take the word away! Bedbugs, sloshed, burnt mattresses, dirty nightstands full of dust, which my bag successfully wiped upon arrival and much more.
From the window we are greeted with a breathtaking view of the garbage, and to be precise, there is just a pile of garbage under the window, which is probably dumped by the employees of this hotel, a very nice feeling , especially considering that this is the first floor.
The room has air conditioning , or rather its museum exhibit , which amazingly turns on and emits characteristic tarachtenia , emitting the process of working and cooling the air , the air it certainly does not cool , so you can open a window in 30 degrees heat and taste the flavors of Milanese garbage.
We go to the toilet: there's a bezel on the toilet! but since it's not fixed in any way, you'll have to balance on it, whatever it comes off under you, because it's smaller than the toilet (that's probably why all the walls are in something brown).
The sink is clogged after the second use, and from the tap water flows at such a pressure that it spills in all directions, so you can immediately shower when you wash, conveniently.
Someone kicked the door or just smeared it with feces after flying off the toilet, I decided not to go into detail, but brown marks like the one in the photo are all over the room perimeter.
In general you would think that this is a very good, budget option for just 60€/night , if you only want to come here for the night, because Hostel is practically in the center , and Milan Cathedral can be reached on foot in just 40 minutes, but in the evening when you go to bed you will find unexpected guests in the form of bedbugs, who are hardly ever poisoned here, my leg has been bitten so that it is swollen and tomorrow I tingle at the airport on one.
In the general atension of señeras and señoritas : I am very pleased with this opportunity to stay in Milan and especially grateful to MTS TRAVEL for providing a housing option , in the heart of the trendy capital. For 3 nights at a discount of 20% , came 160 euros , which for a similar service I consider just pennies. I will definitely come back here again, but only with a statement of claim. I attach nothing about how I was bitten and the results of the infection and the spread infection that bedbugs brought me.

The place can be amazing but this tax.... Toilet look like public toilet ...too much noise
