A Very Good Experience

It’s a must to spend a night at this new hotel building with glass covered externals and indoor cosy atmosphere in Härnösand.

Nice facility, service disappointed

Lovely hotel, lobby, restaurant, room. But, not able to serve food, a bar/lobby or room service/takeaway menu is a dealbreaker. Trust me, you do not want to go out in pouring rain on a Sunday to hunt for food in Härnösand.

Very good hotel - bad service

The rooms are "top notch" but the service was bad.When there are a lot of conference guests you might not be able to eat dinner at the hotel.

Hernö Gin Hotel

Well recommended in every way. Great staff and the location is fantastic. The breakfast and the bar is very nice.

Homecation

Stayed overnight in my old hometown mid week to have some couple time. We wanted to make the most of it and started at the gym included in the stay connected to the local swimming pool centre. Really nice to have access to a fully equipped gym which is not always the situation staying at hotels. After a good workout we went for a sauna and a class of cava at the relax facility (not included). Nice experience too but as a guest we could have had some discount on the price (290 SEK/person).
Back at the room for a shower and change for dinner. Rooms are tastefully designed but I was missing a desk or side table to do my hair/makeup without a occupying the bathroom. Plus was that they provide a steamer at the room for clothes that has been in a bag and needs a freshen up.
Dinner at the restaurant was really nice! Expected it to be a quiet night as we stayed on a Wednesday, but not at all!
Good service and really good food and wine. Perfect pace between the courses,
Had a drink at the bar after dinner and went to bed. Really comfy beds!
Breakfast we really nice next day and we took a take away coffee after checking out and went for a stroll at the pier. Happy Easter to us!
