A wonderful Home from Home in Pisa
We booked directly through the guest house’s own website at a much better rate, and from the moment the booking was confirmed, the owner Nicole was in direct communication, with useful information in getting there, and a warm welcome in emails that was matched even more when we arrived.
We were offered refreshments, and then sat down with us at the kitchen table to help us in anyway with our many many queries and offer recommendations with places to visit, transport and restaurants - in fact, she was kind enough to call and book a couple of restaurants that were family run, when we asked for non touristy venues. Nicole was kind enough to give us her business WhatsApp number, so if ever there was an issue, it was reassuring to know she was a call away to advise. We booked for four nights, and it was a great base to do day trips to Florence, Lucca, Sienna and of course, explore Pisa itself.
The property consists of a lovely ground floor with a kitchen, a garden patio with a beautiful little garden - excellent place for morning coffees and evening, watching over the tortoises and rabbits at play.
Nicole recommended a bakery 2mts walk, and often we bought our breakfast from here and ate it in the garden. There is a Nespresso machine in the kitchen to help yourself to, along with bowls of sweets and fruit. Each room has an allocated shelf in the fridge, so we were able to buy cheeses, hams, drinks and fruit from the local supermarket recommended by Nicole ( only 15mts walk away)
On the first floor were four en-suite guest rooms, with a simple elegance and everything required provided.
We booked a ‘Tower View’ room, and was not disappointed- it was spectacular to lean out of the window and see the Leaning Tower of Pisa so close by!!
We met other guests in passing, but the room was completely sound proof, so we had great night sleeps, especially with a good air conditioning. The beds/pillows were comfy, and plenty of fluffy towels in the lovely bathroom with a great shower.
Location couldn’t have been any better, and though we arrived by taxi from the with minimal luggage, we soon got familiar with the local rail station was only 15mts walk away, and Pisa Central St was a comfortable 25-30mts walk.
We cannot recommend this beautiful guesthouse more highly, owners Nicole & Giovanni certainly added much more to our Italian adventure / holiday by their personal touch, they are also non intrusive but there to advice whenever we needed - felt a little bit like home each time we came back.

Very clean and friendly
Very clean and tidy,Nicola very friendly (nothing was too much trouble)everything you need for a few days stay in Pisa. only five minute walk to Pisa tower & restaurants,,10 minute walk to train station.15€ to airport by taxi.

Fantastic accommodation in a great location
The hosts were very friendly and helpful always around at some point of the day if you had questions. Homemade Limoncello was offered by Nicole which was very nice. It is very quiet and peaceful and the outdoor communal area is a massive bonus. The location is a massive plus, with the tower very close and a train station just up the road.

Short weekend away
Selected this hotel at the very last minute as it was close to Pisa and it had air conditioning, So glad we did. It is a lovely hotel and the owners and also lovely. The guest kitchen was a bonus being able to cook and make drinks in a comfortable area. The garden is lovely - with all the tortoises. A quick 5 minute walk to see the Tower and only 15 minute walk to the train station. Would definitely recommend.

The Turtles Were Amazing
We had a night at Eco Pisa Tower. It’s ideally located, clean, comfortable and friendly. You could not ask for more. You can see the Tower from the street in front of the Hotel.
Set up like a B&B or Boutique Hotel, you greeted at the door by Nicole, with a warm smile and friendly welcome. Giovanni pops in to say hello. You almost feel like part of the family.
Nicole is a wealth of information on restaurants and sight seeing.
Oh and the Turtles. In the backyard is a pen with 3 rabbits and ~40 small turtles. They started with 6. They are amazing to look at and watch. Almost therapeutic for weary travelers.
