B&b in Sabina, like home!

We stayed at this property two nights with a 4-year-old boy and a baby girl, apartment / suite 1 really fantastic Mr. Sandro is very kind and extremely available makes you feel at home, he welcomed us two hours before the scheduled time for check in so we can settle down calmly seen the two small children, he advises you on places to visit and where to buy local products, the apartment is spotless and stocked with everything you need, coffee snacks cake jams juices and milk (also for lactose intolerant) to have breakfast at home otherwise you can reach him and make it on the terrace with him and the other guests, soap for dishes, for hands shampoo bath foam, I want to point them out because not everyone leaves something available to guests and you are forced to look for a nearby store if you happen to arrive without something.
In the apartment we had a double bed a single bed for the 4-year-old and a camping cot for the newborn, all in the same room so that everyone slept well in their own bed and not all in the Latvian.There are also mosquito nets and air conditioning.
Also for those who use the suites the parking is inside the structure indoors and can take advantage of the garden shaded by plants where you can relax and take the cool and where children can play with swings and other games, as well as being able to use the pool that on hot days is essential.
Again a big thank you and goodbye to Sandro, we will definitely be back when we pass by there

In the heart of Sabina: Welcoming and tranquility.

In the heart of Sabina, in the small village of Poggio Nativo, B&B Sabina is a welcoming and quiet place. Small spacious and well furnished apartments, fully equipped. Outside, where we slept, there is a large common terrace with a view, ideal for breakfast (great breakfast!), lunches, dinners and after dinners. The serene atmosphere, the silence of the village, the efficiency and friendliness of the owner guarantee guests a truly special and unforgettable stay. We'll be back!

A pleasant surprise in Sabina

We stayed only one night in this B&B for a need related to the lack of beds of a local friend of ours. I emphasize ONLY one night with some regret given the Owner's availability, cleanliness, hospitality. We are in the heart of Sabina where the territory is not always valued by its inhabitants in terms of tourism as it deserves. But in the village of Poggio Nativo this B & B gives the opportunity to stay at reasonable costs without missing anything to guests while maintaining the genuine and Cabin spirit of this beautiful area. Bravo !

Perfect B&B

Beautiful cozy but above all spotless. Sandro wonderful person efficient and helpful. Perfect room. Food and drinks always at your disposal. Highly recommended. perfect breakfast and given the period we made it on the terrace. Equipped with all comforts

A great place

Nice and very clean place, there is everything you need.
Sandro is a perfect host, a mine of information, hospitable and helpful.
Abundant breakfast, possibility of snacks and coffee, tea and herbal teas at any time of the day.
