Nice staff, Safe, Basic

Safe, No Frills, Walkable Area. We booked this place for one night as we were arriving late from airport. Roman (overnight clerk) and Ana (morning clerk) were both friendly and professional. We were grateful 1 water bottle was in our room, as we checked in past midnight from plane. Shower was good. Definitely do not expect a luxury experience. Basic. Good location, near Chapultepec Parque. Kind staff. You can walk by the fancy hotels within 3-5 minutes, but do not expect a regal experience. Safe. Friendly.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST!!!

The overwhelming incompetence of the lady at reception has taken my stay to an unacceptable level. Despite repeated requests, I never received an adequate invoice, while daily rates fluctuated chaotically between 1,500 and 2,500 pesos, without any justification. Also, my room was deprived of Internet connection (the entire 2-week stay)
a problem that the receptionist flatly refused to resolve. Attempts at formal communication were hampered by aggressive knocks on the door, interrupting crucial breaks.
The situation reached its most critical point when I was disrespectfully informed that my presence was no longer welcome. Despite requesting to block my room for an extended stay with no checkout date, I was abruptly notified of an online reservation, forcing me to leave the hotel without notice.
My current situation involves being stranded at the hotel, awaiting correspondence, while the receptionist's lack of resolution deepens the seriousness of the matter.
The absence of a direct contact number for management further compounds this distressing experience.
THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT IN CASE OF HAVING PROBLEMS!!!!

My stay at Suites Rio Elba was less than ideal.
The persistent door-knocking was an unwelcome interruption, and the receptionist's constant financial concerns created an uncomfortable atmosphere. The two-week stay was marred by NO AC, non-functional INTERNET and room phone, making communication impossible. The only saving grace was the dedicated cleaning and security staff and the location.
A reconsideration of management practices might improve the overall guest experience at this establishment. (The woman in reception)
Avoid this place; it's a nightmare!!!
And complaining will cause the receptionist lady saying:
We don’t want you here, literally telling me to go??
There’s no one else who to talk to other than her unfortunately
