Absolutely wonderful. Staff are so friendly and helpful.
After what has been a bit of a hell trip this hotel has made up for it on the last couple of days. I have even booked for a couple more nights

ABSOLUTELY TO AVOID!!!!!!

BAD EXPERIENCE!!! starting from the television set tuned to Spanish channels only in Spanish, to fix it took a day and a half with various teases of the receptionist who claimed to have gone up to the room absolutely not true! We continue with the dilapidated room, as in the photo attached, we add the experience of getting out of the shower and finding a man in the room ... entered with the keys ... to put water in the fridge and last but not least at the time of ceck out I had to pay 7.50 per day tourist tax, dear but it's okay, the thing that is not good is that this tax to pay is not mentioned anywhere, you find it as a last gift. To conclude 4 stars?? but where!!! ABSOLUTELY AVOID

The star is just for the reception very nice the rest GROSS! Uncomfortable bed dirty bathroom
Unwatchable glass.
Very excessive price check in at 3 pm to leave by 10 am not even 24 hours 130 € for a couple. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Good morning I'm Mrs. Orfino, I stayed with my husband was a wonderful experience, friendly and helpful staff, we will definitely return, thank my daughter for giving us this nice gift, it's worth going back Rome is beautiful the place where we stayed even better

The hotel is very nice. Good aesthetics, very clean.
The only thing I didn't quite like was that the breakfast menu didn't change, the same meal everyday. Asides this, it was a good one. The room was cleaned daily, the food tasted great, area was secured.
