Most helpful reception ever

The hotel was great the people, all. When we arrived in Rome we had arranged for an apartment that was not existent. And by chance and with the help of two wonderful ladies we managed to find a room at HT6 Hotel. They were so accommodating and so helpful as I was travelling with two kids that I will forever be grateful. I hope to be back very soon.
Room was clean and cosy, breakfast was great and reception amazing and helpful.

Great location, friendly staff

We stayed for 2 nights at the HT6 Hotel and we liked it very much. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, both at the reception and at breakfast. The breakfast is very tasty by the way, a great mix of savory and sweet. There were four of us in a duplex room on 2 levels, really well solved (2 toilets). The location of the hotel is excellent, 10 minutes walk to the Pantheon, Piazza Venezia, Circus Maximus, and also just 10 minutes to the nightlife district of Trastevere. You should know, however, that the hotel is not suitable for people with walking difficulties due to the stairs (though did not matter to us, but definitely not feasible with wheelchair or rollator). I can well imagine choosing this hotel again when visiting Rome.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL AND DEFINITELY DO NOT PREPAY. THEY WILL NEVER REFUND YOUR MONEY!

I don’t know how anyone can write a positive review about this hotel!
First of all there are numerous steps in the front which are difficult to see on the pictures. If you have luggage forget getting staff to help.
Check in was slow but that’s expected.
We were taken to our room and had to walk up more steps.
We got to the room and there were steps inside the room! The jacuzzi was also inside the room next to the bed, seriously!
We said this is ridiculous and immediately went down stairs to demand another room. We were told they were sold out.
We said we would leave and wanted our money back.
Here’s where they get you. They say you prepaid and you can’t get a refund. I said I’ll fall inside the room on the steps and hurt myself. I paid for 3 days , charge me for 1. They said no! This hotel is a big scam.
We stayed one night and left. There are no nice restaurants in walking distance.
We stayed 1 night, didn’t even have breakfast the next morning and left for a great hotel the Hassler.
They refused to give us any refund but our health, safety and well being were more important than the money.
Do yourself a favor and do not stay at this hotel.

relaxing in a magical world

we liked everything and were more than satisfied. Everbody was very kind and helpful. The atmosphere was magical like beeing in another world. The room was fantastic. Very individual details in the hotel. It was very easy to relax and start the new day with very good feelings.

Best nights sleep

Friendly & professional staff. Special thanks to Diego and Hussain. Extremely professional. Great hotel, really comfy bed and pillows. No noise and room pitch black. Best nights sleep in a hotel. Tasty breakfast. Close to all attractions. Walk to Trevi Fountain in 20 mins. 1 hour walk from Vatican City. So many restaurants and bars in 10 mins walk away. Highly recommended
