Catastrophic, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK!
I stayed at this hotel for a week, and it was the worst time I've experienced in a long time. What you see on the Internet is completely different from reality. When we checked in we waited over 30 minutes, which was still to cope with, but then came the nasty surprise. When we arrived in the room we were shocked: broken air conditioning, a completely dirty bathroom, dirty linen and dust everywhere. We then changed rooms twice and gave up on the third room.
Mold was also present, which is absolutely catastrophic!
Breakfast was nothing special, the view a construction site. The cleaner barely cleaned up despite the tip.
This holiday we spent buying cleaning products and cleaning the room ourselves while we were in constant contact with our tour operator.
As compensation, the hotel wanted to offer us a junior suite for one night, which was just as dirty. Just ridiculous!
Never again! Anyone who even thinks about checking into this hotel should leave it alone – it would be an imposition!

Great Venue for Meetings
The hotel staff were great with my guests, the food was superb for the catering breaks and the AV company (Live On SRL) provided a fantastic service thoughout the three days. The attending guests were treated wonderfully well and gave great feedback after the event.
Special thanks to those who organised the resources for us beforehand - Daniela Pelagatti and Renata Parkhomenkova. Was a pleasure to work with them and they were a major factor in the event being such a success. Thank you
