Cute&clean little hotel
The standard room was spacious for a couple, it was SUPER clean and modern. Doors are thin (earplugs recommended) but there was no disturbance, other guests were nice&quiet. Our room was on the patio side so no street sounds (the neighbourhood is quiet anyway).
The versatile breakfast was a great way to start the day: fresh fruit, great coffee etc. A special thank you to Magdalena (blonde lady), who made our stay very special: she greeted us with a warm smile&a little chat every morning in the breakfast room. We felt so welcomed because of her. Otherwise I would say the service was average: the staff seemed a little serious even.
In summary: location, cleanliness & Magdalena made our visit a 5/5 :)

Very Disappointing
Unfortunately, from the very first moment we checked in to the checking out process on our last day, we could not believe how we were treated by various members of staff.
We did not find there was a welcoming atmosphere on arrival, there was 0% interest in us as guests. We found staff to be abrupt, particularly at breakfast each morning. We felt key individuals were purposely going out of their way to be rude towards us and generally getting in the guests way when choosing their breakfast items.
Our room was probably the best part of our experience as it was modern and very clean. The hotel is not too far away from attractions in Rome.
We would urge you to think carefully before booking, especially if you, like us, have been used to a high level of service received from staff at various hotels around the world including other Italian cities. This makes all the difference to a holiday and making it unforgettable for all the right reasons!
We wish we had chosen another hotel and we would definitely not stay at one of these hotels again in the future. It was a real shame that staff on our departure day when we were checking out were very argumentative including what could have been female management on the reception desk. There was not even an apology and they were happy for us to walk out completely dissatisfied.
If staff are unhappy in their jobs that they are doing within the hotel, they are probably best not to remain in the hospitality sector and pursue a different career path.
