Great experience
We stayed for one night, but it was a great experience. We arrived in the morning and were granted the newly available room after 1 pm and in the meantime they kept our luggage. All the staff at the reception were at all times extremely kind , professional , always smiling and available to meet every request. Standard room with a view of the pond, adequate size , modern, clean, quiet. Large and comfortable bed. To my personal taste pillows too high, but I sleep great even without. I would add the mixer in the bathroom sink and a wall mirror in the room always useful x make up and dress for us women if the bathroom is occupied (in the bathroom there is still a great magnifying and illuminated mirror).
Restaurant attached to the hotel, where breakfast is also served, of a decent standard. Nearby several places to eat have breakfast or snack. Taxi station outside the hotel and close to public transport x go to the center of Milan (thirty minutes). Hospital San Raffaele very close walk 10-15 minutes. Linate Airport 15 minutes

In fact, sleeping in the car
The residence turned out to be dirty, walls stained with unidentifiable substances, a bad smell inside the room and breakfast very far from the complex.
Despite having made the change dates at a set rate, I was charged a rate of €30 higher than the agreements without any notice, except at check in which for obvious reasons I could not refuse.
Reception staff who at the time of my peaceful protest had an unkind laugh with their colleague.

Big hotel claims blatantly betrayed, window frames cracked, fixtures with damaged and missing paint, damp spots on the floor, summary cleaning, claustrophobic "fitness room" with only three tools, exercise bike not working, chaotic and poorly organized breakfast room, unacceptable commercial impropriety and exorbitant and disproportionate prices compared to quality (two nights euro 644, paid parking).
Already a guest of hotels in the chain (Trieste, Venice), I will never run into the error again.

Correct business hotel
Correct business hotel. Everything was fine except the efficiency of check out could be better. Good value for money.
