Weekend in Sorrento
Strong point value for money considering the prices in the coast. Excellent cleanliness, central location large rooms. The only drawback the breakfast. There is no room for it, mostly standing and with non-quality products. Excellent reception

BEWARE!
Nothing is like what's on display. We didn't get the room planned. It was also filled with mould in the bathroom. There are no breakfast or bar services or welcome and concierge services as indicated on the website. In fact, it is an apartment divided into a few rooms in a gigantic building with housing. There was no one to greet us: we were left the keys in the door knob and instructed to enter alone. We met the maid the next morning. That morning, we immediately contacted Booking to open a file regarding the misrepresentation of this accommodation, while we were still in the apartment. The accommodation manager indicated the following day that we never showed up, which is totally wrong! Fortunately, we had already taken several photos proving that we were there, and by the same token, demonstrating the full and complete dishonesty of the managers of this place. To be absolutely avoided!

Terrible
If I could rate it less than 1 star I would. This is not a hotel it’s a building that looks like it’s about to fall down. With no reception just a desk in a hall way. The concrete bench’s in the hallway had a massive snot ball on it which was a lovely touch. Owner was very rude and unhelpful. We paid for a sea view and a balcony and we have no terrace and our view is a tree. Come here if you like disappointment. The lady who showed us around was very nice and can someone find her a new job so she doesn’t have to show people around this hostile place.

Amazing Pool and Great Location
Having seen the negative reviews I was concerned about what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. We were met by Giuseppe who let us checkin early and then went to use the excellent pool. It is annoying about the pool hats but in the flip side the pool is lovely and clean. The location is excellent, just outside the city walls. There is a superb and reasonably priced restaurant just across the street and several bakeries nearby. Giuseppe recommended a boat trip to the Amalfi coast which was one of the best experiences of my life.

The apartments are located in a residential multi storey complex. Owner operates a few apartments and services are limited. The property was advertised with operation pool between June - September. Upon arrival we found on the 31st of May the pool was empty and we were then advised that it would be operational on the 15th of June. So after checking that the property had a pool we were bitterly disappointed to say the least. The property owner defended his false advertising stating that it was operational in June after the 15th and had no remorse. The building is in a sad state and presented very poorly. The apartment was on the 1st floor after a special request for a ground floor apartment over looking the pool. The room had very basic furniture and a bed that was uncomfortable that kept coming apart during the night. The bathroom was filthy with lots of mould right across the bathroom floor. We had to request a kettle, spoons and some cups as nothing was supplied. The exterior of the building is extremely run down and quite depressing.
