Very satisfied
Located within walking distance of the Kusatsu Onsen Yubatake, the inn's well-designed design, service, and temperature of the water were all reasons why it was so popular.
When I checked in, a foreign female staff member explained everything to me very carefully and kindly, and her hospitality was clearly conveyed not only at the reception but also when she guided me to my room.
The room had a nice atmosphere and was very comfortable.
Dinner was a buffet, and it was a luxurious buffet where you could enjoy a variety of dishes, including Japanese food such as sushi, bluefin tuna sashimi, and tempura, Western food such as pork steak, roast beef, raclette cheese, and pizza, and Chinese food such as mapo tofu.
I could order all-you-can-drink for 2,750 yen, so I just ordered draft beer.
You can choose between Asahi Super Dry and Kirin Ichiban Shibori for draft beer, but I prefer Asahi Super Dry, so I drank and ordered, drank and ordered, and drank and ordered at a high pace while eating sushi, tempura, and steak.
The sushi was a lineup of my preferences, including bluefin tuna, red sea bream, amberjack, and salmon, and although there was a little more sushi rice than usual, it was all really delicious and even felt very fresh, despite it being a buffet.
The pork steak was freshly grilled and delicious, and the mountain vegetable tempura was also freshly fried and tasty.
Of the various dishes we tried, I think the MVP was the sushi...!
It was so delicious that I would have been happy with 90% sushi and 10% other things.
The hot springs after eating and drinking our hearts out were also great.
I was very satisfied.

Before you know it, the service is bad.
The Reservation department did not know the contents of the official website, so I taught them mistakes, and I was able to feel a high-flying remark when dealing with many other people.
As other people have reviewed, it gives the impression of flow and work, and if you stay overnight, you'll be kicked out quickly. And the Check-out is much earlier than the limited express Kusatsu time on the way home. I managed to hear that they couldn't provide the same service as they used to, but to be honest, the hot water was lukewarm compared to Kusatsu, and I went there for service and meals, so I thought I wouldn't go there anymore.
