Check in and check out was easy. The hotel staff was most accommodating to us since my friend and I have limited Japanese proficiency. The breakfast provided with our room was delicious and filling. My room was clean and orderly.
Overall, my friend and I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family interested in visiting Nagoya.

Very small rooms, but staff was kind and attentive. Plenty of amenities including breakfast. A step above a capsule hotel.

The hotel is well located just opposite to the train station. Free car parking spaces are right behind the hotel and I did not need to drag my luggage for a long way to the lobby. Hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to their guests.

Breakfast was good. There is an amenity bar, a pillow bar, sleepwear and things to rent for free in the lobby. Staff were nice and polite. The location is perfect.
