I have stayed at various Toyoko Inn before. I have no complain for this one. The issue I encountered this time is that I got a smoking room, and the hotel was fully booked,?so not possible to switch. I thought I have always been very careful about booking a non-smoking room. Not sure where the mistake was happened.

Front desk cant assist to arrange the reservation of the restaurant.
Even we ask to borrow the phone, still decined by staff.
They are nice, but not helpful on it.

The hotel is placed near airport limo bus stop, and has a very cozy and neat atmosphere.
As other TYKI chain, it provides minimum facilities, but in other words, you can enjoy all the elements there. I also loved breakfast and eveniny udong.

Room is simple but has views overlooking the city. The hallway can even has the chance to overlook the sea. Evening udon and breakfast available, but expect crowds.

Great location next to JR station. Hotel is looks new and clean. its provides free noodles from 6-8pm and breakfast. Hotel have a few car parking. Will stay again.
