We booked this property as a layover for a roadtrip from Tokyo to Osaka, but we were pleasantly surprised by the property and the whole town. If we had time, we would’ve extended our stay. The bathhouse was very nice feature with long open hours. The beach was very nice, too. Not many dining options outside of the property. We found two izakaya places but the food options were not that good. If we come back to japan, we will definitely stay here again.

Disappointing stay

in the middle of nowhere; transportation is scarce and condition of property not up to standard. Property description online is inaccurate.

Too expensive using RCI trading points! Don't do it!

Facility dated, stains on floors, aged sofa. Very expensive dinner meals onsite. Good breakfast buffet.
Staff fantastic, helpful, kind! Staff was the best part of the facility.
Onsen clean and wonderful.
I would maybe return as paid hotel room for about $100/night. (if breakfast was included.) NEVER exchange your RCI points for this facility - they tack on a $40 linen fee daily! The view was fantastic!

While the resort is nice, it is more for relaxation rather than for tourists who would be looking to go for sightseeing

Nice view but access is a challenge

Hidden charges for linen and towel at 6000 yen per day difficult to get to via public transportation
