The hotel is quite recommended except for the distance from the station. Walking distance from drinking street

The distance from the station is problematic, but it's about three minutes from the "Tonomachi entrance" bus stop. Buses frequently depart from Okayama Station during the day. It is about a 10-minute walk from the center of Okayama, so it should be fine for walking after a drink. The inn is clean, although it seems to be old, and it was pretty good as a single in the 7,000 yen range over the Bon weekend. I'm glad the free buffet was surprisingly decent in the morning. The employees were also very responsive, so we may not be able to get around the station…but sometimes they won't let us know until we hear about the arrival of the package they sent, so we will just Rating it as a good business hotel

The disadvantage is that it is far from the station, but the others are 〇

Single, 16m2 accommodation. I made a reservation expecting a meal (free breakfast).
It is a 15-minute walk from Okayama Station, but relatively close to a tram station.
I checked in after a drink with an acquaintance, so I had no complaints as I only slept most of the time.
Breakfast seems a little less varied? However, I was also satisfied with the curry, which is a staple of the kuretake in.

Last minute reservation due to my train arriving late in the evening. Hotel is fine, dated and not renovated but clean and decently managed.
A 15 min a walk from Okayama station in a nice part of town. Breakfast was very good, they also have a daily happy hour that provides free beer!

I'd not only old is very dirty also, the walls are very dirty and yellow they need to be repainted and the carpet is awful you don't even want to use the slipper as they plastic made. The bed cover are awful too the bathroom door is full of dirt around the lock. We try to contact them several times by mail or message by Trip to receive our luggage by ta-q-bin and change and for a non smokers room but they've never reply. I took a scale from reception and I have to clean it before use it as has got a spider underneath and after all the dirt we have to clean when we went for the breakfast they made us to wear plastic gloves obligatory for serving our food, is a complete nonsense that the dirtiest hotel I've been and they've made me wear gloves!!! Really ???
They have free beer and drinks I think trying to compensate so bad service and installations. The receptionist very impolite and the woman at the buffet treating us very unrespectfully. Is the first time I've been in a place like this in Japan. It was a disgusting experience and if all the hotels that we are booking with trip are going to be like this one we are not going to use Trip anymore.

The hotel needs to completely gut the carpets entirely in the hotel. The entire plaace smells very strange and I believe its because of the very old carpets. Although very convenient ij terms of location and the staff is very nice as well, I would stay here again because of the smell in the hotel. Hopefully they renovate soon, may be then I can think of staying here again.
